BlackBerry UEM is an overall well-designed and complete enterprise management solution.
We are long time BlackBerry cutomers and have had a very good experiece with the BlackBerry products. BlackBerry UEM, in particular, is a fantastic product has made our busines run more smoothly. Further more, application security and various policies are improved to provide seamless control over the users and secure the organization data. BYOD, Work and Personal profile feati=ures very good and easy to manage the end point devices.As per our experience, we had almost no service downtime as we have configured the BlackBerry service with one of the best BlackBerry feature High Availability. Also, we have purchased premium support, and we had direct access to BlackBerry premium support team which was very helpful in resolving issues quickly. Also we are getting good feedback from our end users about the BlackBerry UEM service.
