I love AB testing element on br-d, it helps us make decisions based on the data given to us from the scenarios. Results have surprised me and made me glad I tested and didn't go ahead with what I thought. I find the insights really useful when delving into customer habits by looking at search terms, most exited pages etc, however sometimes its frustrating on small territories where we don't have data for all the insights. Since we started using slots, we have found them extremely useful. We were getting into bad habits of pinning products, when we should allow the algorithm to work. That being said, just trousers would show at the top of our page and the slots allow us to overcome this by mixing in other categories, making a better shopping experience.

Read Full ReviewAs I work on on a small territory, the insights aren't the most detailed, however sometimes I feel like it want something rather than nothing, even if its only on a small group of customers. Also, when using the sliding bar, when up/down weighting attributes is quite clunky and its easier to just type in the number. Having a global rule has caught out team members on a number of occasions, so it would be good to have something more clear that a global rule is in place, which could be affecting rankings. It would also be helpful to recall/block more than 200 products on a page, especially when mistakes are made, it helps us resolve the problems instantly

When we having issues the customer support response times are really good and find it useful we have response timeframes for the upcoming peak period. As touched on in more detail below, AB testing, insights and slots make us more effective when making decisions in terms of visual merchandising and helps us understand our customers better. However, there are a couple of things which I think could be improved on. For example, having more data & insights on sites where they don't have a lot of volume, sometimes something is better than nothing. Along with be able to recall and block more than 200 products and some user friendly improvements.
