Very fast activation of licenses, once we make a request, they are almost immediately available. Also very smooth communication and cooperation with the BP team. In terms of the product, it's tier1 and gives us all the flexibility to work on our challenging use cases.
Help & support quality took sometimes lot of times or we need to repeat the case few times. Complexity of major update of the product. Lack of integration with external API so lot of custom code to do for that. No custom reporting of number of case done / retry / ... self solution made to share KPI to Client
Not suitable for smaller organizations. Expensive.
Performance is good, although the UI is a bit outdated and there is also room for improvement on performance capabilities.
