It is quite meticulous tool which is quite good process wise for incident management, change management and configuration management to be used for a large scale organization with numerous horizontal and vertical team structure. But, at the same time, the tool's UI feels legacy, despite of having flawless wireframe setup behind the screen but it becomes complex to work on.
