Easy to use, quite affordable and pretty wide use cases.
It helps me save time through due to its business process automation feature. It is even useful for automating browser-based tasks. I also like the SaaSworthyness of this. Its drag and drop workflow builder, its bot creation and deployment, data extraction, task scheduling and overall workflow automation is excellent. It is best for smaller and privacy protected domains.

It may lack advanced features compared to other platforms.
It is a a little expensive compared to its alternatives. There is no free version and there are no advanced features as compared to larger RPA platforms. Hence, lacking enterprise level RPA capabilities. It does not have enough reviews to compare directly. It has hidden WHOIS information. The independent reviews are very limited. I feel it is less mature as compared to its competitors. I feel that it is not strong enough for complex automation with extensive AI and analytics.
