The integration with Active Directory
-Software is detailed and ensures all parts of a return are correctly completed. -Customer service is readily available with great support guides as well. -The ability to export an excel template which can then be imported back greatly decreases preparation time.
User interface could be more intuitive to make the automation steps smoother.
The conversion from Profx tax and profx document took some time and we had to have a conversion specialist
-Sometimes the software is not very user friendly. -At times it struggles to have two returns open at once. -The software looks and sometimes feels out of date.
