The community based aspect of the platform and that it is specifically targeted at Healthcare companies.
Their development process allows for highly productive releases based on a real assessment of their clientele's needs.
Fast development, support, services, consultation on needed integrations, improvements, etc. They listen and they respond quickly and they're developing to our needs and the needs of their other customers as nearly as we can tell, rather than an ideal one of their own developers came up with without experience in risk assessment. It's refreshing.
Product usability was an issue early on but has improved dramatically in recent months.
The flexibility of the supporting workflow isn't always sufficient to meet the diverse needs of a large and varied audience of users.
There are several pieces that will be critical to our full replacement of the prior risk assessment tools we've used, but they are in development. We've seen demonstrations and helped guide the design. It looks promising and I'm very confident in success in a relatively short time frame, but for now that means these pieces are lacking from the solution.

Great product just getting it's legs and proving willing to develop into our needs.
Great product for being in it's Freshman version/release. As we work with the provider they continue to add features and improve the interface. There are a number of integrations coming and other features which will likely earn five-star ratings across the board based on experience with what is available to date, but this rating is per the current status as of 12/2020. The service and support is absolutely the best I think I've ever worked with, and you can tell they are striving to create a product that fills all needs and do so elegantly enough for users to be engaged effectively and efficiently. Prior to this we are coming from a ServiceNow solution that is essentially home grown in terms of the form, documentation, reporting and tracking of risk assessment. Censinet is miles and miles beyond for effectiveness and efficiency already with what is included in the offer, and as reporting, integrations and other tools continue to be added it just keeps getting better. They are following agile development cycles and release something about every two weeks.
