User friendly - easy to navigate each of the dashboards. Tracking - I can track all of my closed opportunities for a specific quarter. Pipeline generation and Hygiene - I can check all of my opportunity closed date and update them if there's new on the conversation with the customer.
It's simple to use and well integrated with Salesforce. You can easily manage your opportunities and make reports in excel.

There is a connection issue between salesforce and Clari sometimes Clari is not syncing to salesforce. The score of opportunity sometimes are not accurate they will be based on the engagement that has been recorded there's no option to edit it. The recording of the call or meeting is really hard to find sometimes, it's missing.
CRM and CLARI are not always perfectly synchronized, sometimes it takes a little while to see the opportunity updates on the CRM on CLARI
Nothing, it is not a disruptive technology, or a must-to have, however it make easier the internal forecasting
