I've used CustomerLabs CDP across quite a few campaigns now. It's great where we needed cleaner data, clearer audience insights and faster activation across multiple platforms. The draw was simple to set up. Initially I didn't have any experience on the platform but it didn't take long to learn the ropes though I would say take your time, speak to support and follow youtube tutorials if you really want to get a proper understanding of it.
