One of the best features of the product is that it makes the tracking of tasks very easy and also lets the user to focus on the most critical tasks. They also provide live training, webinars and documentation is great as well. Other amazing features include behavioural analytics, audit management, compliance tracking etc.
All the controls are very easy to understand. The risk assessment process is well managed with customer support.
It's framework and integration is little difficult to understand and trained the new employee.
The things that can be improved is the addition of some storage so that the user can store the compliance related artefacts. Also, it is very difficult to train the new users to enable them to use CyberStrong. Also, there is no support for the On premise deployments and mobile apps.
Cost is high compared to other customers. The ease of accessing the portal manager needs an improvement in the user interface.
