Dialpad is a pretty good platform for our particular needs. I like that it transcribes calls. The problem is the transcription is usually about 80% accurate.

It allows you to keep individual numbers for each department and you can basically reach out from any of the lines or your personal phone number which is a must for my work. The interface looks great, minimalistic and smooth. It's also very customizable, I'm a fan of having a custom ringtone and having dark mode enabled so I'm glad we have these features. Templates are extremely useful in any field that requires repetitive communication or canned responses.

Detailed call logs, reports and real time transcripts for every call for easier troubleshooting if needed. AI touch for call summaries. UI is really intuitive, and it was easy to set everything up. It works on most of today's platforms, from Windows, Android, Mac, etc.

1. The AI translation feature still needs some fine-tuning, it needs automatic language support and still must improve native language support, some transcriptions are illegible, also some AI recaps don't make sense, probably due to the lack of context available. 2. No wrap up time available. There should be a feature that allows a wrap up time between calls. Especially in fast paced environments. I need to end up enabling DND as my principal option. 3. Unable to setup custom timer for DND, you have to use the preset times set which is less flexible for me in some cases.

Support could be better. AI is not always 100% correct so you should always have control. The price could be lower.

    We have everything now centralized in one place regarding the communication platform. You can grant access depending on role, so it is more secure. We have integrated it with Microsoft Teams for our calls but there is also the possibility to integrate it with other software.
