It allows you to keep individual numbers for each department and you can basically reach out from any of the lines or your personal phone number which is a must for my work. The interface looks great, minimalistic and smooth. It's also very customizable, I'm a fan of having a custom ringtone and having dark mode enabled so I'm glad we have these features. Templates are extremely useful in any field that requires repetitive communication or canned responses.

Ai assistant transcribes our conversations and generates action steps post call. This helps to keep all of our staff organized and on the ball when dealing with existing and potential customers.
1. The AI translation feature still needs some fine-tuning, it needs automatic language support and still must improve native language support, some transcriptions are illegible, also some AI recaps don't make sense, probably due to the lack of context available. 2. No wrap up time available. There should be a feature that allows a wrap up time between calls. Especially in fast paced environments. I need to end up enabling DND as my principal option. 3. Unable to setup custom timer for DND, you have to use the preset times set which is less flexible for me in some cases.

The product itself does not have anything I dislike. It has done its job and more while constantly evolving with the market to keep us on the cutting edge of our industry.
