It allows you to keep individual numbers for each department and you can basically reach out from any of the lines or your personal phone number which is a must for my work. The interface looks great, minimalistic and smooth. It's also very customizable, I'm a fan of having a custom ringtone and having dark mode enabled so I'm glad we have these features. Templates are extremely useful in any field that requires repetitive communication or canned responses.

The AI translation feature still needs some fine-tuning, it needs automatic language support and still must improve native language support, some transcriptions are illegible, also some AI recaps don't make sense, probably due to the lack of context available. 2. No wrap up time available. There should be a feature that allows a wrap up time between calls. Especially in fast paced environments. I need to end up enabling DND as my principal option. 3. Unable to setup custom timer for DND, you have to use the preset times set which is less flexible for me in some cases.
