As an admin, the tools to change settings on the fly are super easy. Everything in Dialpad is pretty much real time. AI transcription and summary after the call is unparalleled.

The product itself does not have anything I dislike. It has done its job and more while constantly evolving with the market to keep us on the cutting edge of our industry.

The billing process is very confusing. They recently changed the invoices. The app doesn't update in real time like the desktop app.
