The company’s focus includes revealing organizations' SaaS risk surface, consistently overseeing user and OAuth app activity in order to identify any risks or issues. This is achieved through detailed, contextual workflows. It identifies all users of SaaS, third-party involvement, assets, OAuth applications, groups, and activity events. This allows organizations to control their SaaS attack surface to reduce insider risks, third-party exposures, and programmatic data exfiltration.

I like Docontrol the most for its real-time visibility and automation. It makes it easy to see risks across SaaS apps and automatically fix issues, saving time and improving security.

DoControl allows you to create no-code workflows to automatically manage SaaS data access, which saves time and reduces risk. It provides detailed insights into who ahs access to what, both internally and externally, across major SaaS platforms. Integration with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Box is fast and reliable.
What l dislike most is the learning curve for advanced policies and initial alert tuning. It takes some time to fully understand and customize complex rules and a bit of effort is needed at the start to reduce unnecessary alerts.

While no-code workflows are helpful, they can be restrictive for more complex or unique policy logic. Some UI elements feel a bit under-developed and require extra clicks to find key settings. The reporting options are somewhat basic and could offer more customization for audits and compliance tracking.

Great all-in-one product for SaaS security with many cool features & excellent support
DoControl is a great product with a lot of cool features, that truly improves the security posture and overall user experience with the SaaS apps. Having integrations with most of the key enterprise SaaS products, you can cover many SaaS security risks with an all-in-one solution. Also, the DoControl support & relationship are excellent, and you really do feel you're a partner and always welcome the feedback. The only minor thing here is the QA part of some of the features, so you may find strange bugs from time to time in some areas of the product. However, the fix for that is applied really fast once reported, so once again - the support is great here. One of my lovest SaaS security solutions truly, really recommended.
