easy to deploy
My company purchased dynatrace and we are currently moving our apps from appmon to dynatrace. With appmon I like the ability to clone graphs, and make as many dashlets. With dynatrace there is limited amount i can do with the tiles.
Installing the agent is a way simple and it discovers a hell of a lot automatically about each host / jvm / web application server / whatever.
there was lot of information in the IHM and then sometimes difficult to find the good one to explain a problem. It's not the same in Dynatrace vs Appmon
The complexity and amount of time it takes to retrieve data for my customers. My customers (dev teams) dont learn how to use appmon. My team started having training sessions with app teams to help with the adoption wide usage of appmon...now new dynatrace since company purchased it.
i have not found the one yet.

DynaTrace Appmon has been a key tool for our company. We've been a user of dynatrace for over 7 years now and we can't live without it.
