Low/No code user interface, easy to use/deploy bots so that you can get your most strategic customer journeys or transactions monitored in days and improved on a day to day basis. Capabilities to support many types of user interfaces as well as APIs Quality of dashboards
The ability to monitor applications performance in real time is a major asset. This allow us to quicly detect problems and act to avoid service interruption. I would also like to emphasize the quality of customer support provided with responsive and helpful assitance/ressources to resolve issues quickly as well as conitnuous improvement and regular updates and addind new features.. that's shows IP Label commitment to improving their product based on users feedback.
Missing properties in some features
Integration with test management software. No AI capabilities to date
I don't dislike the solution.. however, some points/features still require improvement/changes/update.. We work with IP Label to improve some services such as - High availabilty and the the automatic recovery/resynchronisation - SSO part need to be review/update - Adding some feature more user-friendly to gain time, bring value from the interface to have shortcut, link, details available in some interface module/menu
