How scalable it is, and being able to monitor and design entire email journeys.
The platform is complex and not very user friendly, requires a lot of learning. UI is a bit outdated and clunky compared to new marketing platforms and many customizations require html skills.
Integrations are bit sophisticated Some outdated UIs components Out of the box reporting is very cumbersome process
It's a bit technical and sometimes when wanting to modify certain design aspects of an email I've had to look into the HTML code for the email - I don't really have coding experience, but it's the only way I've been able to edit certain emails. I wish there were more design options and capabilities.

It's good with many functions but needs improvements
It works the way it's supposed to work. We implemented it faster so deployment and implementation was easier. Very low maintenance. Easier campaign and lead management with intuitive flows and workflows.
