We're using their Vmware infrastructure. The VMs that we run on their network are fast and dependable. We have not had any problem with their computing setup. The support people are also great to work with. There was one major interruption of service due to a network mis-configuration on their part, but they completely took ownership of the problem and worked hard to keep our trust. It is easy to change the amount of resources that you are contracting for.
There was one major interruption of service due to a network mis-configuration on their part, though they reacted well to the problem. The VPN / VSphere Console setup I use to manage our VMs could be a little smoother. I also don't care for the way that they price CPU and RAM by maximum allocation rather than by expected usage, although their pricing is still reasonable.

Dependable and speedy, with good customer service.
From the beginning, the staff at Expedient has been very helpful and responsive to our needs. Their virtualized platform has proven to be quite solid and dependable. I may have some quibbles with how they determine their pricing for CPU and RAM, but overall I find them to be reasonably priced. They are also good at reaching out to us when one of our systems crosses a monitored threshold. I would have no hesitation recommending their virtualized colocation to other companies.
