The out-of-the box connectors to many major vendors makes it easy to integrate and collect user and usage data. The ability to build custom integrations to smaller vendors' API makes it possible to extract and structure data for lesser known products. The overall overview gives us an great way of optimizing SaaS usage and reduce costs by adjusting the various SaaS contracts.
User friendly, easy to configure connectors, data available within hours of configuration
Previously, we could only see whether someone was using the application via the Flexera Agent; now we also see browser history information as a source, along with API results and Microsoft Defender information. This has significantly increased the reliability of usage data, enabling us to make informed decisions regarding license reclamation and thereby making our cost more manageable.
Would really appreciate a wider library of out-of-the box integrations to other software vendors for easier connection.
Support sometime slow to resolve issues
1. The number of direct integrations is not rich yet 2. Integrations with Cloud Applications are quite limited and do not support for example Oracle-E-Business, Oracle Fusion, Siebel etc. 3. Missing the ability to use filtering for differentiate other regions data
