Both the onboarding/implementation and ongoing support have been exceptionally poor.

It's a bit of a mixed bag, on the one hand from a user perspective the experience has been fairly positive and it very clearly out-performed the incumbent. From an implementation perspective the journey was far less positive often feeling like it was the first time the vendor had ever implemented the product (even though that obviously wasn't the case). Working with the Crownpeake team has always been one of my favourite vendors. Our CSM is always on hand to support and very patient with us as well! Functionality within the tool is strong (particularly since the upgrade) and my team has been able to action strong tactical onsite merchandising efficiently. We have always been given the required support when needed, even at short notice. Product Discovery Tool that's easy to use and automate most merchandising tasks
Overall Positive Experience: - I led the vendor analysis for my org to replace old enterprise tools few years back. After working directly with the Crownpeak Team (fka Attraqt) for 6+ months, I made the recommendation to engineering and product leadership to partner & integrate Fredhopper Platform with our e-commerce platform. Sales process was extremely attuned to our needs and demonstrated early on how the platform could solve our biggest problems. - Crownpeak Team (FKA Attraqt) continues to be a great partner with our organization. Their Leadership, the Technical Consultants, Project Managers are always available and helpful to support my team meet our Org's business requirements. They offer creative ideas to explore in order to meet our highly customized Merchant's needs. - Overall, the platform is valuable to our organization and looking to scale across our 400+ DTC sites. Areas to improve: - API documentation (engineering was not able to properly troubleshoot issues with given documentation, which led to multiple integration issues) - Data Integration is tightly coupled with the Fredhopper Platform's foundational architecture, which is Product-centric. Our data is SKU-centric - which led to some customizations on our part in the attributes we send in order to merchandise.
