Simple concept done well.

The solution is highly intuitive, with users able to to quickly understand what is required of them. This has made a positive impact when deploying the solution to all end users as it has reduced the amount of change management support needed to get value from the product.

The flexibility it gives in managing our gigs and ensuring we align our resources to the right priorities for our customer as well as balancing the learning opportunities for our staff is fundamental to our ability to support our customer while developing our own people.

Out of the box reporting could be improved but this has been overcome with a workaround.

1. The product is still under development as we are deploying an MVP initially to help us make informed decisions about future scope. This means there are still features in the tool that are not fully refined, however this was a business decision to take this approach and not a fault of the vendor or their developers. 2. With the vendor being a start-up, there have been some features we need that have been new to the vendor, meaning lessons have been learned on the job which have at times meant adaption is needed to get things right.

There has been very little that we don't like the product that Gigged.AI haven't been able to support us in using or tweaking our ways of working or, indeed, the tool itself.
