The AI generated notes that I can use for follow up calls with clients - it automates my follow up process exponentially is one of my favorite things aobut the product. Being able to source calls based on key words or phrases used is also helpful. The ability to listen to other representatives calls and analyze parts of the calls where I could learn something from without having to listen to the whole thing. It just makes it easier to identify crucial points where I can improve as an SDR and it helps me manage my time in a more productive manner.

The ability to streamline our proactive messaging with automation, the monitoring tools to understand engagement, and the built-in protection against including customers in overlapping or conflicting sales motions. As mentioned above, the integration with Pylon is fantastic and essential to how our Customer Success and Technical Support teams operate.
It can be frustrating when Gong was unable to pick up on certain calls you were hoping to look back on and further analyze. Contacts aren't always saved accurately and it can sometimes be hard to navigate through all the separate tools on the side bar.
