GoodTime Hire has streamlined the process for scheduling your interviews. The communication between the candidate and interviewer is smooth, and their reminders are prompt.
Better user experience than what we had. You can quickly schedule interviews & meetings with the click of a button.
The biggest benefit of using GoodTime for me has been the AI scheduling ability. It does an amazing job collecting availability, especially with multiple parties involved in an interview, and finding best-fits that match candidate availability. It's also extremely helpful when you have complex interview panels where you might have multiple interview pools, for example one person from each team (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Product, etc.). It saves us so much time by automating the collection of availability and delivering feasible options to schedule a candidate. I'm also a huge advocate of Candidate Experience. I really appreciate how GoodTime puts this at the forefront of things. It really ensures there is smooth communication with candidates, providing them with the tools they need to schedule, reschedule, understand where they are at in the recruitment process, who they will be interviewing with, etc. It truly creates a more dynamic and transparent process.
While the platform is helpful, we have noticed that juggling multiple interviewers and different time zones can sometimes get a bit tricky. A more user-friendly interface for handling complex scheduling would really enhance the overall experience
Faster time to schedule interviews, better candidate experience then what we had which was mostly manual and the ability to work across teams.
The initial setup and onboarding was quite complex and took longer than expected. There are a lot of features such as tags, templates, communications, etc. that needs to be created to truly get value from the tool. From there, it could be a bit of a learning curve for your team to make this a second-nature tool. Another small personal downside for me is that everyone on the account will have to use the same video call platform, for example Google Meet or Zoom. It can't be personalised to the preferences of specific users, which can be frustrating when you have users favouring one platform over another.

My overall experience with GoodTime has been quite positive. It's been really great for automating and streamlining our interview scheduling, avoiding a lot of admin and back-and-forth with both candidates and hiring teams. It really relieves some of the pain that we have in the Talent Acquisition team. Exploring GoodTime: A Game-Changer in Candidate Interview Management
GoodTime has a lot of customizable features, templates, messaging, etc. which can be overwhelming at first. For me, there was a bit of a learning curve to know where everything lives, but after using the product for a few weeks, it becomes quite second nature. GoodTime has really streamlined scheduling for our hiring team, especially when you have a panel and need to coordinate multiple calendars at once. It's saved me a significant amount of time of having to go back-and-forth with candidates and teams to help schedule interviews, especially when availability changes between communications. This has been our candidates, our hiring teams, and myself a better experience.
