Some works in implementing but useful results
we implement the search on the website of my previous company, based on SalesForce Commerce Cloud, in 2015. it’s help to improve the search of product and to improve the conversion rate. Effective tool, needs a learning curve in usage with a partner. The on prem version has some limits in indexing different repository, especially on cloud. The new cloud search seems to fix this.
