I like that there is a deployment and policy management through a centralized console that gives clear visibility and control to the admin team and run smoothly once configured.
Customer support team takes time to resolve your issue especially during peak hours Sometimes you may find notifications of false positives Initial setup is a bit complex but can be made simple
Limited storage options are a concern.
What I dislike is that a few advanced settings can be a bit complex initially and may require extra effort to configure correctly.
