The scheduling feature is a key strength. It's easy to build, enter, copy and adjust schedules when changes need to be made. The reporting feature also does a great job of displaying total hours worked and can be shared seamlessly with payroll.
One feature that makes this platform worth it is the trading of shifts, very convenient and you can also send messages. The UI is also simple and user-friendly. You can also see the schedules of your co-workers that's pretty helpful.
The product has unlimited customization options and robust budget management tools. I like the software's customer support services. They don't hesitate when we call for help. Affordability and usability.
The platform can be a little clunky at times and certain actions take more clicks than expected. Titles can be vague so it can take a bit of trial and error clicking to get to where you want to be.
Customer service can be improved. Not enough notifications or alarms if someone misses his/her shifts. I have encountered couple of glitches but nothing major.
The application has been good for our organisation. No aversion.
