The Task focused UI view Along with the workflow and calculation engine allow solutions to be easily configured to meet client need with mostly configuration.
IBM Open Pages is a tool where we tried to add a lot og things to make risk management and our life easy. Its a risk events, performs risk assessments, and manages testing control. If we know how to immerse ourselves in daily work then audit planning is good.
The configurable nature of the application - very little coding is needed to stand up a module The flexibility - the application is nimble and can meet a wide variety of use cases Dashboard view - the dashboard views really enhance the user experience
Visualization of the risk analytics and to translation the risk insights for non-tech user . Three complanies I worked with ,they all had speccilation team to customise visualisation dashboard outside of Openpage
For new user it makes difficult for new users to adopt easily. It is not providing the data analytics integration with other software and reports format. Sometimes the page hangs or takes long intervals to load.
Issues with upgrades difficulties extracting logs overly complex permission model
