In-Mobility CRM is easy to navigate with a very user friendly interface. You can communicate with your team and clients easily and quickly. I like that I receive instant updates and real-time alerts from clients if things changes.
The main issue I am having with In-Mobility CRM is weak connectivity issues because I travel at times for work. It been times I couldn't connect to the app until I got connected to WI-FI. There are security risks associated with the mobility CRM mobile app leaking sensitive information from a client. The last issue I had with In-Mobility was the learning the system, this system is quite different from others so it could take longer to learn the system.

I like the fact that you're always connected with your clients and update their info on the go. In-mobility CRM often does well with other apps to keep everything streamlined. I didn't like the mobile version so much because of the limited features besides being able to update clients information. Also, I don't appreciate all notifications that you receive from the In-Mobility CRM application.
