The customer service and implementation team are so helpful. They resolve any queries and issues that we have either by providing existing solutions, newly designed solutions or forward-thinking advice/offerings that work in the interim with aim to create solutions in the future.
There were a few areas where customisation fell short, however we were able to resolve these by slightly longer workarounds. The customer service team where they were unable to provide a direct customisation would always take our feedback away and find an alternative or suggest a different data flow. The only other flaw, which is to be expected is that it is largely US focused, whereas we are a UK company. However, UK GDPR and EU GDPR considerations have still been implemented and apply largely across the tool and entire suite offering, so this so far hasn't been a problem other than the occasional wording/spelling nuances.

Implementation Process Has Been Seamless With Effective Issue Resolution So Far
We onboarded TrustArc towards the end of last year and so far implementation has been really effective. Starting with Individual Rights Manager (we are now moving onto other TrustArc offerings including Data Inventory, Cookie Management, Assessments, etc) the rollout so far has been well thought out, managed seamlessly by our account managers at TrustArc and every issue that we have experienced has been resolved swiftly. We evaluated 6-7 other providers IRM tools and nothing came close to the offering that TrustArc provides from an operational and reputational perspective.
