Engaged, responsive and direct account management. Infosys act more like internals than externals having built up strong partnerships with many of our internal team. When there have occasionally been problems, as is to be expected on an account of this size, I have always found Infosys very responsive in jointly finding pragmatic solutions. This is a hugely important part of any functioning partnership and in my view the ultimate test of any supplier.
- Talent (people with exceptional knowledge, skills and attitude) - Innovative - Cutting edge and transformational solutions - Value at a competetive price point and easy to do business with.
Infosys really understand what a partnership is: They understood our business, took ownership of the challenges and solved for them like they were their own. The on-shore / off-shore split meant they maintained a close working relationship, but were still able to deliver significant cost-savings. Lastly, Infosys integrated their automation specialists into the operations engine and this led to additional benefits.
There is relatively little to dislike overall. It has occasionally taken a little time to bring in high calibre resources for key skill areas but this is largely due to a competitive job market. We have experienced this across the board with other suppliers too and with internal recruitment.
- Joining the dots (given our organisation is large and complex, would be great to have visibility to link initiatives for the greater good) - Transition - very professional and flexible. Need a bit of support in ensuring the other party plays ball due to bad behaviours from other incumbents.
Infosys are exceptionally open to feedback. We have had multiple open, honest and forthright conversations on areas that needed additional attention. So far these have been addressed quickly and thoroughly.
