The platform is really easy and intuitive to use. It makes my job a lot easier and saves me a lot of time.
Reporting is strong but campaign setup and tracking configurations often require coordination between internal teams, agencies, and publishers, because of which extracting specific insights or custom views can take additional effort depending on how the campaigns were configured. Also, since multiple platforms may be involved during a campaign delivery, when issues occur, troubleshooting can be a bit challenging.
