It would be unfair to single out just one feature. The mail scenarios and customisable training modules are particularly excellent. In addition they see this service not as a job, but as a science. That incredible.
Does seem to be a mature well developed product that does what it should well.
It's super easy and intuitive to setup campaigns, whilst making it easier for end-users to report phishing emails.
The service appears to cover a very simple topic, but this is absolutely not the case. You must use awarness, education and technology correctly and realistically at the same time. So it is impossible not like a constantly evolving structure.

Honestly nothing, I can't think of anything else I'd need from Keepnet's service.
