Top three things about Linnworks; it has a great customer interface that is easy to use, showcases the analytics of our business giving us some great insights, and the customer order tracking is a huge help to maintaining trust and service with our customers.
When compared to other similar platforms, Linnworks has a more complicated UX, and a longer time to onboard new users.
We have had some issues with bugs, but they are resolved quickly, the learning curve for getting new workers familiar enough with the system for it to be useful to them is a little high, and sometimes the communication with our other programs can need refreshing and updating.
