We are not always about to get the help we need, some of the service reps have lacked the knowledge to get us resolutions to the problems we were experiencing. Some have spend extensive amounts of time researching where others had quick solutions.

Storing Data in the Cloud can be scary, but CenturyLink has earned my trust
With the recent changes to our work environment due to COVID, a larger remote workforce has brought the realization and need for a better remote cloud solution. At the same time, penetration risks is something I have worried about with other solutions in our portfolio, but I have not had to worry about these vulnerabilities with CenturyLink because their name & history have gained confidence in other customers which is obvious when reading other reviews. The ability to store all data, files, presentations, etc. without the gigantic price tag of on-premise solutions means it's worth 20 minutes of your time to look further into CenturyLink as your potential Cloud storage vendor.
