I like how Menlo isn't out right visible to the customer. While other browser solutions announce their presence with a banner of some sort, Menlo is subtly humble about its protection.

What we appreciate most about Menlo Security's Secure Cloud Browser solution is its ability to provide airtight and highly granular security without disrupting the user experience. The seamless isolation of web content ensures that potentially malicious code never reaches our endpoints while maintaining the full functionality of Internet access for our users, achieving a critical balance in a large enterprise environment like ours. Additionally, Menlo's continuous improvements, proactive threat intelligence and integration capabilities have strengthened our overall security posture. Their willingness to listen, adapt and prioritise security over convenience sets them apart, reinforcing their position as a best-in-class security provider in this space.

The main issue I've seen with Menlo is that the browser isolation often causes rendering issues for webpages. Web isolation can disrupt A.P.I.s, and it's up to my team to analyze which URL is causing a disruption. Another thing is that I would like to see support engineers be more hands on with their approach.

The only small drawback we've encountered with Menlo Security is that, as a smaller vendor, they don't always receive the same level of recognition compared to the industry giants like Microsoft and Cisco and small vendors are hard to keep around when the strategy is vendor consolidation.
