The MessageGears platform sits right on top of our data. No more delays and transfers of large data sets. The flexibility we have in working with them on new capabilities.
We love the customizability of the product. We are really able to make it exactly what we need, and have so much flexibility because of the access to our own data. They are far and beyond any other ESP because of the level of data access it provides.
The modules are easy to use but still sophisticated in their capabilities. I don't feel limited on what I can do when setting up content.
This is a fairly new tool set and platform. It does not have all of the capabilities that might come with a more mature tool. However, they are really great at incorporating our feedback into their roadmap.
Some feature changes between updates have dropped some features that we liked and used, but even those, the product team is very receptive of feedback and open to conversations about how to add the features we miss back into the product.
Its greatest strength of being installed in our environment is also its greatest weakness as it relies on our internal IT team for support but is then they need to have knowledge of the tool that our support teams do not want to gain

MessageGears: Super-effective platform with an awesome team
MessageGears has allowed us to send a wide array of effective marketing and transactional messages. The platform is flexible enough to meet our unique needs, and the support team has always been super-responsive. Some of the UX on the Accelerator app is a bit clumsy, and there are various issues that crop up requiring engineering attention from our side.
