I think that one of the most valuable services is the dependency map with a full historical overview on different connection levels (1 to All) - helping me to identify process flows. This is corroborated with the collected data regarding the resource usage (average, 95%, 99%, Peak) - helping me to downscale, upscale the servers need. A full blueprint of the services and roles available (after auto discovery also) is weighing a lot in our maintenance planning and future development of infrastructure with regards to cybersecurity/resiliance.
It provides a clear and easily understandable presentation, combined with the ability to drill down and obtain very detailed information. Mugato is extremely sharp at assessing what a system is, and what it consists of.
Its easy to use and help a lot with roadmap visibility
There is room to improve the data available for download via the API; on different formats. Since the collection is performed deeply on the source and most of the time presented on the dashboard/portal, it would be nice to have the same via a json(or similar) file format.
The user interface can be a bit slow.
I think that the analytics can be a little limited some times
