The ease of use of the console. Ability to make manual adjustments to the keywords and results running in parallel with the native logic. The reporting system is quite robust and gives an overall idea of the features in a quantifiable manner. The customer support and TAT is quite good.

The Merchandising Capability is tremendous and helps us to tweak the search or category results as per our liking within a fraction of seconds if needed. The algorithms are also very advanced and make good use of Semantic search , AI to better rank products organically. The product roadmap looks very promising with very smart capabilities like Shopping Assistant etc.
The missing feature of showcasing recommendations based on child variants. Due to this we are not able to pinpoint the customers to buy the exact variation

None as such.We are very happy with the level of service we have received so far, however there is scope for improvement in the integration phase.

The overall experience with Unbxd has been incredible. With this we were able to scale almost 2x in terms of personalized search and recommendations. The ease of use the product and merchandising team has is in addition to the order and revenue growth we have seen over the past 2 years. The customer support has been incredible as well. Our use cases were very complex to be implemented in terms of both search and recommendations but the team was able to pull that off quite effectively. So we have had some first mover advantage as well in terms of visibility and new collection launches. The product has evolved a lot in terms of user personalization and internally we have got quite delightful customer reviews which is like icing on the cake. The management's feedback has been excellent in terms of user experience, quality of results, adaptation to new releases, attributed conversion rate growth and fewer drop offs. Using Unbxd has also improved our zero results keywords and increased accuracy in terms of long tail keywords. We were able to use the recommendation engine and automate a lot of widgets across the website across 4 different geographies, helping again in terms of growth. Flexible Search Solution Caters to Complex Product Discovery Needs for our org.
The product helps solve complex search requirements. The flexibility of the product to help achieve custom use cases is excellent. The support from Customer Success and Customer Support is really good and very proactive. The team is good at understanding our use cases and accordingly helping us with a solution for the same. The integration process was good and smooth but could have been better given that we have a lot of compliance requirements when deploying any SaaS solution.
