The product is well-designed and offers customizing options for my company. There are a lot of features to slice and dice the project and provide a clear view of the cost summary. The graphs are readable and good UI provides a fast learning curve for a new team member. The Oracle software is secure and well-protected. Data integration from salesforce is perfect.
Workflow is not smooth. There are a lot of email exchanges and constant tracking is required to review and approve things from the emails. The product also lacks capacity in some cases when there is a heavy file uploaded in a particular project. We work with a lot of heavy pdf files supposed to be attached to the project pages in Netsuite.

This is mostly seamless with a few functionalities which take more processing time, just because of the sheer volume of data.
