Easy to install and implement. Able to record users interactions with applications, websites, etc for quick process capture and then fine tune the processes.
Process Capture is only included in upper tier subscription packages of Process Manager (formerly Promapp). It would be nice to see the feature available to all tier levels and simply limit the number of processes at lower levels.
