I like the ability for a deep look into applications across the organization. The UI for Nudge is great and easy to use. I like the look into user accounts as well.
Discovering Shadow IT and reducing spend is simple with Nudge Security. I receive Slack alerts when users sign up for new accounts, and I can automatically nudge them, asking them to discontinue use until the app or service is reviewed and approved by IT and security. Nudge Security reminds me about SaaS contract renewal dates, and even categorizes SaaS products and compares them visually to indicate where there is an overlap in their functions.
What i dislike the most is the part where almost every single anti spam/ phishing protection provider could've had their idea and interface and they dont. Also, it's not cheap but the value it give make it a quick win.
I did not like how we were promised one thing and then told once it was implemented that it was now an upcoming feature. I do not like how the user integration is not seamless.
The only complaint I have is that I would like more flexibility to customize the templates for the nudges (automated messages) that get sent out to users.
