The user interface is intuitive, and admin guides rarely need to be referenced. Dashboards are great at providing an overview of your environment. Bulk operations are easily performed. Scheduled automations are also a nice feature.
Steep learning curve - It takes time to configure policies, dashboards, and workflows to match operational needs. Reporting can require customization - Out-of-the-box reports are useful, but they're not always executive-ready without extra configuration. Some features feel less mature - Advanced financial governance and commitment optimization are not as deep as best-of-breed FinOps tools.

It is hard to come up with many negatives about the product. Sometimes the product can seem a little too simplified where when you want to perform a more advanced action, that action is not available and would need to be executed through CLI locally on the cluster.
