First and foremost, support. I have never worked with a company as responsive and invested continuous development or improvement of their product. When a solution does as much as this one does, things go wrong, and the support team is readily available to overcome. This company certainly practices continuous improvement, something new always coming along and response to customer input for things that need work or customization.
The support and training have consistently exceeded expectations. Over time, we've encountered minor application issues, but the support team is always quick to identify and resolve them. I continue to discover new ways to benefit from the product lineup. The OneSite platform is a vital part of our SCCM management platform, yet it is also capable of operating independently as we move from hybrid clients to a fully cloud-based Entra/Intune environment.
1) The built-in reports are very useful and give us some great charts and figures to share with management. 2) The built-in workflows / health checks are great for getting up and running in no time, we deployed a number of these and very quickly saw positive results. 3) The workflow designer tool for creating custom health checks is intuitive and gives us the ability to support the business from an endpoint health perspective in any way required.
Their product is almost growing too quickly, upgrades often come with new functionality, but we have to watch out for bugs. However, when issues do come up their development and support team is very quick, to step up and fix or improve. Another thing, is takes a bit to get used to reading their deployment and monitoring dashboards... Some of its a bit abstract and hard to follow deployment status at times, but we continue feedback incorporated as improvements each upgrade. And finally, I would like to see more granular RBAC controls.
We have very few dislikes. While certain reporting features could be enhanced, they continue to improve over time. The platform offers many reporting options, but to gather a complete overview sometimes requires pulling data from several sections within the product.
The on premise console, although this has been replaced now with a web based console so only really applies to older installations. Other than this, it just works, nothing really negative to say.

Our overall experience has been outstanding. We leverage the full OneSite platform for p2p, health, and patching. Its content management architecture has transformed our SCCM environment eliminating the need for all remote distribution points, and the p2p PXE anywhere is great as well (before we were limited to a PXE build bench at 1 site, or thumb drives only). Recent content delivery challenge overcome was a game changer for pre-staging dynamic Win11 in-place upgrades before user interaction. This approach dramatically improved deployment success rates and enabled us to deliver a more efficient and seamless use experience. Our experience with Adaptiva Patch this past year has been equally impressive. Their strategies (sorta like an enhanced ADR) enabled us to target Microsoft and third-party products (rather than just specific patches) to existing SCCM deployment collections with ease. Practically overnight, we achieved significantly higher patch compliance, helping us for the first time in years to meet or even exceed our security SLAs. In 2017, deploying SCCM to manage 80 small offices with slow WAN links and few servers was a major challenge, until we implemented Adaptiva OneSite Anywhere & Health. Its P2P virtual SAN and Predictive Bandwidth Harvesting enabled us to distribute content and PXE Boot OSDs effectively, with minimal infrastructure and zero impact on user traffic, foundationally a "set and forget" solution. Adaptiva Endpoint Health is an invaluable tool that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, it grants the ability to automatically identify, diagnose and remediate the health of our endpoints at scale, it truly is a world class product. Out of the box, Endpoint Health has a large number of health checks that are ready to deploy and use, my favourite being the SCCM client health checks, traditionally fixing the SCCM client has been a very manual task, but with Endpoint Health and the agent being totally independent of SCCM, it is capable of automatically identifying and fixing our endpoints without any manual effort. There is a wealth of built-in reports available that cover everything we could ever wish to know about our endpoints, also one of the best features is the extensibility, we have designed and deployed several custom health check workflows specific to our environment using the visual workflow designer.
