The ability to effectively extract insights from funnels and surveys makes it a very reliable platform to run all our A/B tests on our website.
Sometimes the result is a bit hard to interpret.
The required updates that have large overhead costs (Pod to Container & Spire). Lack of transparency during POD to Container migration. Lack of effort by support to dig into an issue. They must be spoonfed all information. I understand in some cases that is necessary but a lot of times, a little extra effort to dig into the problem would be appreciated.
Enhance the feedback functionality so customers can give feedback on pages quickly.
