It also allows us to send bulk email campaigns and enhance digital engagements. Oracle Fusion Service is easy to deploy and implement even to unskilled personnel. The software allows easy deployment of multiple channel campaigns and proper lead management. Customer support services of the tool are very convinient and reliable.

Flexibility of the software and seamless integration with other systems. Affordability of the product and ease of use. The software is easy to configure and customize. It is super easy to navigate and very effective for workflow and knowledge management. Use of the software makes conversation tracking and follow up management easy.

The API is not so bad, it contains the BI to do reporting, you can install add-ins

AI is already integrated into the system, you do not have to add it separately. Has a strong automation for ticket and case routing, which can automatically assign and prioritise service requests.

The software has worked well for us. We have not faced any major challenges.

The platform is not very intuitive, especially for new users, it may take a long time to be productive, especially if you are a new user. Performance slows down, especially when tasks become more complex. Its costs can rise rapidly, especially if you want added features; licensing them is not cheap.
