Depth of features, ease of use and interplay between the different modules to create a good colleague and candidate experience. Product has proven flexible, especially in recruitment, covering all our requirements
In order to maximize this solution, three things need to happen: 1) have streamlined processes and data; 2) a great understanding of how the system works holistically; and 3) the right support structure to manage the product and spend time on innovation. This isn't an easy plug and play solution and requires investment from the enterprise. It's totally worth it, but does require effort.
The user interface can sometimes feel outdated and unintuitive, and initial setup may require significant time and expertise.
In certain areas the UX isn't always as intuitive for the user, although this is an improving picture. As an organisation we need to grow our capability to maximise the analytics opportunities.
