For stock grants, there is a slider to update the estimated stock value. This is super helpful at pre-IPO companies so employees can understand how their overall compensation would change based on the share price. There is also the ability to see your total cash comp range so you can see where you are in the band for your level.
It's really visual and let's you play around with scenarios easily
The best features of Pave are (1) the clear dashboard that shows compensation elements, (2) the ability to model compensation based on things like stock price, and (3) the clear and durable home for rewards letters.
Every time you load the tool, confetti erupts. It was fun the first time, but it gets old and causes a lag when the tool loads.

The SSO login could be improved - it requires an additional click to select an SSO provider, rather than just defaulting to the correct one.

Pave is one of the best compensation tool I have used till now. As, it is suite of real time compensation tool to help companies plan and communicate compensation. In pave data is consolidated to a standard levelling framework. Bench marking can never be traced back to a individual or employee.
