It works well both for small and large organizations.
Nothing at the moment, very useful task managing tool.
Somehow the application needs an update which can clear the bugs and also make some features easy to understand. It will also make it understandable to comprehend for the beginner to know about it.
Few things, I feel, need improvement are: 1. Calendar Sync/ Integration: Sometimes it is felt that the syncing with calendars like Google and Outlook is not proper / prompt. 2. Reporting: The reporting offered in Priority Matrix is fairly basic. At times we need advanced analytics and reporting to visualize data. 3. Offline Functioning: The software requires an internet connection to use the web page version. There should also be an offline mode or a mobile app if users want to use it offline.
