Our rep from the account management team gets all the props in the world. Her work along side another rep from a trafficking and QC perspective provides the best insights, weekly & monthly reports, and recommendations from the dashboard pulls. More importantly, they tailor everything fit to your business needs. Another standout is the low minimums needed to run campaigns.

I like that i have all my websites in a single login. The responses from the cmp are very fast which is critical for serving ads to our users. It also gives very detailed infographics and interests insights. It is very helpful also that we can change the cmp appearance directly from the platform website and not have to do changes server side. The ability to have themes is also beneficial since we can use the same theme for more than 1 website. It is also beneficial that we can use the same tag with all our websites.
I honestly have zero complaints about the product. I would recommend a little more in depth training for those who utilize a hybrid model, but the platform itself is very easy to use and navigate
1) The ad platform was buggy. 2) There were a lot of features missing that would have been present in a full-grown ad platform. I'm sure with time this would be resolved. 3) We didn't see an acceptable level of performance, which was disappointing given the level of data that could have/ should have been leveraged to make intelligent machine-based decisions.
Custom implementation needs to be done to avoid google core web vitals issues. Also custom implementation needs to be done to serve ads after quantcast cmp gets a response from user. Also it is not working well with non https requests. For websites that we have that have both http and https versions when a user gets back to the site the cmp ask for users approval every single time. Lately we have encountered some issues with users not being able to enter the website due to issues with the CMP.
