What can I say about this system. There are FAR better options out there. Lack of support. Lazy updating. outdated software design, example: Requires Visio 10 to run. won't run with anything but Visio 10. client won't run without Visio 10. Web interface is limited. Must run IE 9-11. even then, operations are limited. We have found that we can old see rack elevations in explorer. But not the power or cable information. We have to use chrome. Some report will not run properly. Stencils are limited and very slow to be built. When you request them. they require you to provide every detail about the item. Screen shots, images, anything and everything. Then they put it together in 6 maybe 12 months. Send you a package to install. Which may or may not work with existing stencils. There is so much to complain about with this out dated tired software. Looking at this latest release, it was in 2013. Pick a different DCIM software. This is junk. If I had more control I would dump it out of our environment.

If I have to choose the best feature of this software? i would say the login.
It was wa slick DCIM product and was exactly what we were looking for from a tech point of view.
Simple to use and good for basic DCIM functions.
everything else. like there is no part aobut it I don't like.
As with other DCIM products, the integration points into our facilities systems were lacking.
As time went by, service and development seemed to atrophy - a dying company...

Buyer beware

Implementation was difficult, and UI/UX was suboptimal.

Cost point was reasonsable as comparwd to competitors, but support and innovation was slow.
