The ability to revoke user access to company resources with a simple click of the button and it is good at recommending passwords and managing those passwords for all websites. Almost all of our tools and applications are integrated into RapidIdentity so that one set of credentials can be used everywhere.
The platform is very easy to use. RapidIdentity makes it simple and quick to bring all the apps that I need to login into separately under one easy to access console.
In big organizations, the account management and the user management will be very complicated and has high risks involved. But by using RapidIdentity, it helps us to achieve those easily, reliable and are easy to maintain.
RapidIdentity is less strong in a scenario where internet access is a challenge and the session cookies rather than having an expiration date, they are activity based.
The analytics could be improved. Adapting and executing reports is mediocre and I would like to see a more comprehensive reporting bundle.
There are no proper instruction/guidance for initial setup. It was very difficult and time consuming for us to setup and integrate with our system. And they have a poor support team which takes more time to get back to the queries which made an impact on our delivery dates. For customizing their product to our needs, its not direct and we need some basic scripting knowledge.

RapidIdentity - Outstanding featured but no proper support
RapidIdentity helped us in overall account management for the users. It also helped us in providing the access with restrictions. Couple of drawbacks are they only provide prod environment in which we could not carry out our testing. Account Management which needs improvement towards their support

Rapididentity for Education
I use Rapid Identity to single sign on several educational apps and licensed software that my school district has purchased for us to use. I like the fact that I can single sign on each morning instead of having to sign on to each program individually. It is quick, easy and cuts down on having to remember a password or passcode for each program.
