Their system provvied real-time data into asset location and enviromental monitor. They offer a wide range sensor, readers and software
It works perfectly and is veyr resilient. So far we haven't taken any unexpected outages and the tool has saved us a lot of incidents by alerting on an early stage of failuers.
It is very simple to use and easy to configure. It does not require a lot of upkeep once it's running. Has options for localisation which is nice for global environments.
The initial cost it is high and in big deployment can be complex.
We don't use the asset management part, which makes the setup and configuration more confusing. there is no way to completley exclude it from the software, so you always see it on your screen.
AD integration is weak. Requires a separate login.

Super easy implementation, cost-model changed unfortunately
The vendor has shown great profficiency during the implementation. We installed and configured a working environmental monitoring solution over >50 locations, on a global scale. After a year of operations, RF-Code decided to change their financial setup and move from a full CAPEX to a full OPEX mode. This was a major surprise and dissapointment for us, as it would cost us a lot more then we initially planned for. For reference; we needed to pay 40% of the initial costs on a yearly basis now, with a limited additional functionality. In general, the software works perfectly. From reporting, trend-analysis, alarming and setting up multiple users in the software, it completely meeted our expectations and fitted our needs. In addition, their wireless sensors are very good and show only 3% failure rate (so far). With the battery based sensors, there's no need to calibrate as well which is a big plus. - IT Infrastructure Architect1B-10B USDFinance (non-banking)Review Source
Simple to use, low maintenance.
The product works and is relatively simple to configure and utilize. It works well with the RFCode tags and readers. The environment is fairly static and so it is nice that the software doesn't require a lot of care and feeding. - Data Center Operations Manager1B-10B USDFinance (non-banking)Review Source
Implementation was great, they want to evolve into a software company
Was very good to deal with to implement, since then however, they are trying to move to a software service. Their hardware works well, since we have our own custom built DCIM, we don't need their software. we are basically forced to pay for it, even though we dont use it. - IT Facilities Infrastructure Engineer1B-10B USDEnergy and UtilitiesReview Source
Hardware is great, software is not.
We really like the hardware, readers and asset tags, and the technology, but we already have an intensive DCIM solution and centerscape is low quailty based on what we allready have, but it is required so we have to use it even though we don't want to.
